Housing for the homeless, food for the hungry, shelter for battered women are all part of Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors? other agenda. For Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors, charity has always been a top priority. In 2000, the company?s charitable donations program contributed more than $400,000 to local community organizations assisting the less fortunate.

“We are serious about business, and charity is our business when we serve communities all over the area,” says Chip Roach, Fox & Roach Charities president and Prudential Fox & Roach vice chairman.

Prudential Fox & Roach, the nation?s sixth largest real estate services company, is a dominant force in the real estate brokerage services business in the tri-state area. Created more than six years ago, Fox & Roach Charities is a non-profit charitable organization focusing meaningful contributions of time, effort and finances toward specific area service projects that assist with housing needs for families in stress.

Funds are raised company-wide as a percentage of each Prudential Fox & Roach real estate transaction is donated to Fox & Roach Charities. In addition, Prudential Fox & Roach sales associates make substantial contributions of time and effort to charities within the communities they serve.

Since its inception in 1995 Fox & Roach Charities has contributed close to $1 million to hundreds of community service organizations.
