Realty Executives Compensates For Mortgage Sales

Realty Executives International announced that it is initiating a company wide program that will compensate real estate agents for mortgage services.

Realty Executives International, the Phoenix-based franchise company, already has an exclusive partnership with RealMart, an online mortgage company that offers home loans and other pertinent real estate services through on-location computer terminals in Realty Executives International offices throughout the country.

The alliance between Realty Executives International, RealMart and OnePipeline allows real estate professionals to be a single lending source for the consumer by offering the bet possible products and prices at no additional cost to the home buyer. OnePipeline allows third parties?such as real estate brokers, agents and builders?to directly initiate the mortgage loan process for their clients and be legally compensated.

Under the new partnership, participating Realty Executives International agents will be able to process mortgages through the RealMart on-location terminals in their offices, and utilizing OnePipeline technology, agents will now be compensated for the work they perform for their clients.
