Burgdorff Joins in National Radio Broadcast

Peter Burgdorff, president and CEO of ERA Franchise Systems, appeared as a special guest on “The Dolans,” a nationally syndicated radio program featuring America?s “First Family of Finance” Ken and Daria Dolan, broadcasted daily to 200 stations on the WOR Radio Network.

Burgdorff offered consumers throughout the United States advice on buying or selling a home. The Dolans is a call-in show offering listeners financial advice.

Burgdorff offered his insight in response to questions from the show?s hosts as well as from listeners who called in during the visit. Providing his perspective, Burgdorff fielded a variety of questions from callers, ranging from the value of the real estate commission to the best way to approach pre-sale home improvements.

Burgdorff also discussed current trends in the real estate industry, how to find a broker, purchasing foreclosures, mortgages and the real estate needs of seniors.

In March, ERA launched a partnership with the Dolans to provide endorsement services on an exclusive basis. These endorsements include commercials on their program that are heard by listeners throughout the country.
