Bekins Restructures Sales & Marketing Dept.

The sales and marketing department of Bekins Household Goods Division has recently restructured to include Bekins Corporate Watch and Relocation Counseling areas. Diane Narcisi, manager of corporate sales, will direct and oversee activity in these key areas.

“We know that this dedicated group of individuals will help our agents to obtain and retain corporate business and help us focus on servicing the needs of all our corporate customers. This will allow us to continue to grow our corporate products line market share,” says Bob Dalaskey, vice president of sales and marketing.

Bekins Corporate Watch and Relocation Counseling departments are specialized areas that focus specifically on the needs of the corporate customer.

Shipments are monitored by single source representatives who make sure that all parts of the moving process from beginning to end go smoothly.

In addition to Corporate Watch, the Relocation Counseling area is now also part of Bekins HHG Sales and Marketing department. Serving as relocation counselors are Carolyn Washington and Vickie Klaczynski. Relocation counselors are responsible for monitoring and developing corporate accounts as they grow within the agency system. They are “single-source” customer service contacts for Bekins agents and designated accounts.
