Douglas Elliman Acquires Scott Associates

Douglas Elliman, a leading real estate brokerage in the New York area, has acquired Scott Associates, Inc., a top independent brokerage firm in Darien, Conn. The new branch office, Douglas Elliman-Scott Associates, will market and sell properties primarily in Darien, Rowayton and Norwalk, Conn.

Paula Colbath, the former owner of Scott Associates, will continue to serve as a consultant to the firm.
