ERA Key Realty Makes Appointments

Roy Der Manuelian has joined the ERA KeyRealty?s Framingham, Mass. office as an agent specializing in multi-family and investment properties. Der Manuelian, a real estate agent for 30 years, has served on the Haverhill Planning Board. He brings with him expertise in sales, rental and property management, and is also a licensed builder and energy consultant.

ERA Key Realty Services of Milford, Mass. has appointed Clifford Leinonen to the position of marketing specialist. He will be based at the Spencer office and will be responsible for coordinating events and other marketing activities. He has a bachelor?s degree in business management from the University of Massachusetts and was previously a partner with Prime Property Developers, LLC in Spencer, Mass.
