RISMEDIA, July 1 — Home-Link has announced recent broker signings to license its latest program Broker Home Services (BHS).

“BHS allows companies of all sizes the ability to enter into a value-added program offering home services to its real estate customers”, says Chris Raveis, vice president of national sales for Home-Link. “The BHS model is easy to implement, and offers a low cost method of entering the home service arena. Brokers can start out in BHS and move to the more comprehensive Home-Link program when they are ready. The program can be implemented and rolled out within 60 days of signing a contract, which explains why it is such a successful product.”

Home-Link’s BHS broker signings put the company well above the 2002 sales target.

Home-Link Services, Inc., assists home owners with the process of buying, selling and moving into a new home. There are already over 160 prominent real estate brokers participating in the program, representing nearly 700,000 transaction sides per year.

Home-Link membership is given free to the customers of the participating brokers. Each member is assigned a Personal Move Coordinator (PMC) to assist them in getting the products and services they need from our national network of pre-screened vendors. Available through the PMC is access to moving services, major appliances, telephone and internet services, satellite TV, insurance, security systems and more.

Home-Link Services holds a patent (U.S. Pat No. 6,321,202) covering its unique business model. Home-Link Services currently offers two products, Home-Link and Broker Home Services. The Home-Link program includes local vendors recruited by licensees and bears the Home-Link name. This is more of a full service program.
