RISMEDIA, Aug. 19 — Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville, South Carolina, has acquired The Furman Co. Residential LLC, founded in 1888, with $130 million in sales last year.

Both firms were co-principal for Cendant Mobility Broker Network and now Coldwell Banker Caine is the sole principal in Greenville and Spartanburg, SC.

Coldwell Banker Caine now has six offices and 140 residential sales associates in the Upstate of South Carolina with combined annual sales in excess of $500 million.
