ListAndSend Mobile will be widely available in the MRIS coverage area starting in March
RISMEDIA, Feb. 28-Coldwell Banker Premier Properties in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, is the first brokerage in the world to use Threewide Corporation?s ListAndSend Mobile software to gather, record and upload listing data to a Multiple List Service (MLS).

Threewide developed ListAndSend Mobile specifically for the real estate industry. It runs on a hand-held computer using the Palm Operating System (Palm-OS), enabling Realtors to digitally record property-listing information while walking through a property, and then upload it to a MLS. It is 100% customizable for an MLS.

Coldwell Banker Premier Properties recently took part in a ground-breaking test event for ListAndSend Mobile.

?The whole process worked great. After the agent gathered the listing data on her handheld computer, she uploaded directly to our listing coordinators? ListAndSend Web account. In a matter of minutes, the listing was quickly reviewed and electronically submitted to the MLS. A process that would have normally taken over an hour, took less than five minutes. Over the course of a year this can save my brokerage literally hundreds of hours spent entering and managing listing data,? reports Jim Miller, broker, Coldwell Banker Premier Homes.

Coldwell Banker Premier Properties is part of the Metropolitan Regional Information System (MRIS). MRIS is the first MLS in the world to be ListAndSend compatible. The ListAndSend Suite is customized for MRIS and includes MRIS specific data sets and business rules for commercial, residential, multi-family and land/lot properties.

“This is awesome. When I am visiting a prospective seller for the first time, I can record the vital MLS data while walking and talking about the property. Before I leave, I can tell the seller that I can have it in the MLS and they could start getting showing appointment calls in less than one hour,” said Traci Shoberg of Coldwell Banker in Winchester, Virginia.

The ListAndSend Suite features built-in controls and alerts ensuring all mandatory information is entered and MLS requirements based on a specific property type are met. ListAndSend Mobile will be widely available in the MRIS coverage area starting in March of 2003.

Coldwell Banker Premier Homes has offices in Winchester, Front Royal and Woodstock in Virginia, and Martinsburg and Berkeley Springs in West Virginia.

Threewide Corporation is a privately-held real estate technology solutions provider headquartered in Morgantown, West Virginia.
