Nathan Booth Named Senior Advisor to SAREC

SAREC assists Realtors in understanding the needs of mature Americans
RISMEDIA, April 16-Nathan Booth has been named senior advisor to the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council (SAREC). SAREC confers the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation upon Realtors nationwide. Its mission is to assist Realtors in meeting the special real estate needs and concerns of maturing Americans.

“I am delighted to represent the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council as its new senior advisor,” said Booth. “The SRES designation is clearly the number-one choice for Realtors interested in addressing the special needs and concerns of the rapidly growing seniors market segment.”

In his new role as SAREC’s senior advisor, Booth will conduct SRES Train the Trainer sessions throughout the U.S., as well as provide insight about the emerging seniors market. Booth also is 2003 president-elect of the Virginia Association of Realtors.
