HAR send brokers important information each month
RISMEDIA, July 25- As one of their more difficult core functions, residential real estate brokers are always looking for the best ways to generate and manage leads.
To assist brokers with lead generation, the Houston Association of Realtors began issuing the Strategic Traffic Activity Report. Brokers, who’ve enhanced their company Web site through HAR, receive this monthly report that provides them with an overview of how their company’s listings are doing on HAR.com. The report also includes the number of consumer referrals from HAR.com to their company Web site and the number of consumer e-mail leads to the broker.
“HAR is providing the brokers of Houston a very valuable service,” said Coldwell Banker United, Realtors President and Chief Operating Officer Wallace Perry. “Since August 2000, HAR has provided my company with more than 25,000 consumer referrals and more than 5,000 e-mail leads to our sales associates, and we receive this as part of our membership.”
This detailed, monthly report includes the following:
* HAR Traffic Report – This section of the report details how many of the broker’s listings consumers viewed each month and the total number of their detail pages viewed since August of 2000.
* HAR CWS Traffic Report – Approximately 90 brokers have an enhanced company Web site through HAR, and this section reports to these brokers how many people left the HAR web site to jump to their site.
* HAR Referral Traffic Report – This section details the number of consumer referrals the brokers received from HAR.com that month and since August 2000.
* HAR Lead Manager Report – Brokers also learn how many e-mail leads they receive through the Lead Manager Report. This section gives brokers a monthly update, as well as a cumulative total of the number of e-mail leads they’ve received since August 2000.
* Current Inventory Report – This report outlines the total number of listings on MLS including single-family homes, multi-family homes, rentals, town homes, condos, high rises and lots.
* Current Dollar Volume Report – This section of the report outlines the potential total dollar value of all of the broker’s listings in MLS and their percentage of the total number of listings on MLS.
The STAR report also gives brokers information on their share of the Houston market. Each report compares the totals with the individual broker’s numbers in the categories of Web site click-thru, e-mail leads generated, existing inventory and current dollar volume.
