Will get housing data collection, reporting
RISMEDIA, August 27-The Minnesota Association of Realtors has contracted with its US houseSTATS service, The New York State Association of Realtors Real Estate Services, Inc. (NYSAR) reports.
US houseSTATS is an electronic housing data collection and reporting solution for Realtor associations.
NYSAR Real Estate Services, Inc. developed the US houseSTATS system to meet the statistical reporting requirements of the National Association of Realtors.
The system provides state Realtor associations with the ability to electronically capture sales and listing data from participating local board multiple listing services via a secure Web site.
Service participants are able to track trends in both listing and closed sales data for single-family homes, condos and co-ops via a series of monthly reports compiled by US houseSTATS. Among these reports, which are broken down by county and compare current data with the previous two years, are: total sales, median sales price, time on market and total sales volume.
?We are pleased that the Minnesota Association of Realtors has joined the US houseSTATS family and will soon be enjoying its many benefits,? said Charles M. Staro, NYSAR CEO. ?The system has proven successful in New York State and we look forward to bringing the same high standard of housing market data collection and reporting to the Minnesota association.?
Minnesota joins a growing list of US houseSTATS subscribers, which also includes the Pennsylvania, Louisiana and Illinois associations.
