Houston Native Taking on a New Market for NCI

Mike Goodwin is company?s new market development business consultant
RISMEDIA, June 4-The Real Estate Book, owned by Network Communications, Inc., the publisher of real estate advertising, reports that Mike Goodwin of Houston, Texas will be joining NCI as the market development business consultant.

He will be responsible for the launch of The Real Estate Book in any new markets NCI opens, and will be a consultant assisting independent distributors with sales, distribution and operations in their market places.

He has an extensive sales background and a strong commitment to growing The Real Estate Book, the company says. In March of 2000, he joined The Real Estate Book as the regional marketing director for the Houston Hub, which publishes six magazines. Under his management, the Houston Real Estate Books had a 28% growth in 2003, in addition to increasing online revenue by $30,000.

Previously, he worked at Houston?s largest Cadillac/Mitsubishi dealership where he ranked No. 1 in sales in Texas and No. 3 nationally.
