The new Royal LePage Community Realty becomes the dominant player in the Medicine Hat and Brooks, Alberta area, company says
RISMEDIA, Oct. 7 — Royal LePage Castle Realty has merged with the former Sutton Group – Medicine Hat franchise to become Royal LePage Community Realty in Medicine Hat, Alberta.

Royal LePage Community Realty is adding add 52 professionals to the existing Royal LePage sales force, giving the new company 75 Realtors and over 40 percent share of the Medicine Hat and Brooks area market, the company says.

“With this merger Royal LePage Community Realty becomes the dominant player in the Medicine Hat and Brooks area,” said Andy Puthon, Royal LePage executive vice president of network development. “This group of professional agents and managers will continue to set the highest of standards in servicing the real estate needs of these communities.”

Royal LePage Community Realty will be owned and operated by 24-year real estate veteran, Bob Kalista. “I look forward to the opportunity to combine our agents’ passion for selling homes locally with Royal LePage’s internationally recognized suite of services,” said Kalista. “This mix will allow us to provide our customers with the most efficient and convenient resources when buying or selling a home.”
