RISMEDIA, Nov. 18 ? More than 10,000 real estate professionals are expected to attend the annual Triple Play Realtor Convention and Trade Expo at the Atlantic City Convention Center from Dec. 7-9. Hosted by the New Jersey Association of Realtor (NJAR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) and Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR), Triple Play is considered a premier educational and networking event for real estate professionals in the Northeast, organizers say.

Triple Play will offer Realtors and those working in related industries the tools they need to expand their market, gain a competitive edge and maximize profits.

Attendees can complete coursework toward one of four professional designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Performance Management Network (PMN). The convention also offers the opportunity to learn about the latest real estate trends, network with professionals from the tri-state region and attend more than 50 sessions scheduled in eight tracks – Appraisal, Brokerage & Management, Commercial, Executive Officer/Association Executive, Legal/Tax/Environmental/Ethics, Professional Development, Sales & Marketing, and Technology.

Top speakers featured at Triple Play include Dave Beson, Richard Flint, Rick Deluca, Joe Meyer and Jim Casey.

The main event of the convention, the Grand Assembly, will feature entrepreneurs Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield, co-founders of Ben & Jerry?s Homemade, Inc., as the keynote speakers on Wednesday, Dec. 8, from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. Attendees can get the scoop on how Ben & Jerry built their business from an abandoned gas station in Vermont with a $5 correspondence course on ice cream and a $10,000 loan to a $160 million publicly-held empire.

The Trade Expo has been expanded this year to more than 400 booths featuring the latest products and services available in the real estate industry. The Tri-State Lounge is open daily for attendees to meet and mingle. A Cyber Caf?, where members can get online to check their e-mail, will also be open daily.

Registration is available online at the Triple Play Web site, www.realtorstripleplay.com, or by calling 888-818-4922. The fee is $75 for Realtors and Realtor-associates, and $135 for non-members (additional fees apply for designation courses). The deadline for online/fax registration is November 26, 2004.
