Clark will oversee the company?s TransactionPoint? transaction management solution
RISMEDIA, Oct. 3, 2005 ? The Real Estate Solutions division of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE:FNF), a Fortune 500 provider of technology, services and solutions to the financial and real estate industries, announced last week that Walt Clark has joined its leadership team as senior vice president, Transaction Management Solutions. In his new role, Clark will oversee the company?s TransactionPoint? transaction management solution, which is part of its overall broker and mortgage solutions and integrated with Fidelity National?s MLS and DPN back office systems. He will also play an important role in the strategic direction of this solution, including product development and deployment.

Clark brings fifteen years of progressive experience delivering strategic technology solutions to the real estate, title and relocation industries. Most recently before joining Fidelity, he held the position of vice president, Technology Deployment with Stewart Realty Solutions. Prior to that position, he served as a consultant with First American Title, where he was responsible for the strategy development and execution of the company?s real estate transaction management systems. In these positions, he successfully directed the enhancement and deployment of transaction management solutions to numerous residential and commercial real estate brokerages, title companies, homebuilders and multiple listing service organizations.
Clark also served as executive vice president and chief information officer for Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, where he was responsible for the planning, development and deployment of its information systems and eBusiness delivery strategy. Additionally, he held the position of vice president of systems development for Coldwell Banker.
