Tool allows home buyers to search via interactive map
RISMEDIA, Oct. 13, 2005 ? America’s Choice International, Inc.?the Buffalo, NY based franchisor of the America’s Choice? flat fee real estate system?unveiled the first and only residential home GPS map based visual searching system. Called Map Choice?, this tool allows home buyers to search for available homes through the use of an interactive map. Homes are located on the map through GPS technology.
“It allows users to virtually drive through neighborhoods to find available homes and to enter those homes online, 24 hours a day seven days a week,” according to Jed Carrol, Esq., CEO of America’s Choice International, Inc. “Map Choice? is currently available only in the Buffalo, NY Metro Region. We plan to roll it out to across our multi-state network shortly.”
No longer are home buyers hampered by the limitations inherent in non- physical search techniques offered by real estate companies. “Our map based system changes everything,” says Carrol.
Real estate brokers account for almost 98% of residential real estate sales nationally. However, over 10% of higher-end homeowners in Western New York utilize the services of America’s Choice? to sell their own homes directly to buyers.
“Western New Yorkers have helped America’s Choice? achieve the highest market penetration of any seller to buyer direct real estate firm in the United States,” says Carrol. “Map Choice? is another example of why the traditional real estate brokerage system is changing.”
