Program helps professionals enter their listings and publish them
RISMEDIA, Jan. 12 ? Over one million listings were entered into Harmon Media Group?s online ad submission and management system AdNet? in 2005.

Since its introduction in June 2002, AdNet? has helped real estate professionals across the country enter their listings and publish them in Harmon Media Group?s targeted print magazines and online at HarmonHomes.com and Homes.com. The year 2005 marks a record number of listings entered into the system.

Listings from AdNet? are automatically fed to HarmonHomes.com. If advertisers choose to upgrade their online listing package to a Platinum package, their listings are featured in premier position on HarmonHomes.com and fed directly to Homes.com, another leading home search site. Both sites provide instant exposure to the huge audience of targeted buyers and sellers searching for real estate online. Advertisers can then choose which of their listings to include in their print ads.

AdNet? also supplies the listing information to AdBuilder?, Harmon Media Group?s online ad creation tool. Advertisers can design, proof and upload their ads to more than 250 real estate magazines across all Harmon Media Group brands. Titles include Harmon Homes, Homes Magazine, Home Solutions, Casas Harmon and more. Digitally interactive editions of those magazines are also published online through Harmon Media Group?s eBooks program at www.eharmonhomes.com. AdBuilder?, like AdNet?, is accessible 24/7 from any computer with Internet access.

Because there is virtually no turn-around time with AdBuilder?, advertisers can create, approve and put their ads in front of a targeted audience with only a few clicks of a mouse. The first AdBuilder? page was approved for publishing on January 12, 2005, and since then, Harmon Media Group advertisers have used the system to design and proof over 300,000 print ads.
