Sotheby?s International Realty Affiliates, Inc. has announced that Prominent Properties Sotheby?s International Realty, its northern New Jersey franchisee, has closed the sale of a residence and property in Alpine N.J., for $58 million. Prominent Properties Sotheby?s International Realty brokered the sale of the property known locally as ?The Frick Estate,? a 7,000-square foot home that sits on a 63-acre property approximately six miles from the George Washington Bridge.
The home was purchased by Richard Kurtz and family. Prominent Properties Sotheby?s International Realty, independently owned and operated by Dennis McCormack and Keith Alliotts, represented both the buyer and seller.
