Weichert Relocation Resources Names New Business Development Director for Southwest U.S.

Doug Clauss fills the role previously held by Dave Bencivengo, who has accepted a position within the company?s executive team
RISMEDIA, Feb. 3 ? Aram Minnetian, president of Weichert Relocation Resources Inc., announced that Doug Clauss has joined the company as director, Business Development. Based at Weichert Relocation Resources? office in Houston, TX, Clauss will be responsible for establishing new business in the Southwest U.S. region, and will report directly to Jim Schneider, Senior Vice President.

Clauss fills the role previously held by Dave Bencivengo, who has accepted a position within Weichert Relocation Resources? executive team, and relocated to the company?s Connecticut office.

Clauss brings twenty years of relocation sales and management experience to his role, and has earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from Worldwide ERC. He began his career as an Account Executive with Citibank Mortgage, focusing on the relocation and real estate markets, and was eventually promoted to Assistant Vice President of Corporate Business Development, responsible for developing and managing partnerships with HR and relocation managers at Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Weichert Relocation Resources, Clauss spent five years at Cendant Mobility as Director, Business Development.
