Cheri Brady Promoted to Vice President and Southwest Regional Sales Manager for First American Title

She will oversee sales, marketing and accounts for region?s commercial services division
RISMEDIA, March 29, 2006?First American Title Insurance Company has announced that Cheri Brady has been promoted to vice president and Southwest regional sales manager. In this role, Brady will oversee all activities related to sales, marketing and account management for the Southwest region of First American?s National Commercial Services division.

Brady, who has nearly 30 years of experience in the title and escrow industries, joined First American in 1993 as a commercial sales professional. During her 13 years of service with First American, Brady has worked in both the commercial and builder divisions. Prior to her tenure with First American, Brady served as vice president and regional director for the escrow department of HomeFed Banks, where she oversaw the sales activities of six branch offices.

In addition to her professional expertise, Brady is actively involved in numerous industry boards and committees. She has held several positions with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), including her current role as director of the NAIOP?s Arizona chapter since 1994, the former chair of the public affairs committee for the chapter and as a member of the national-level NAIOP?s local and state subcommittee that focuses on nationwide development issues.

Brady has also served as a director for the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council since 2000 and was recently reelected to the board of directors for the Valley Partnership, a Phoenix real estate trade organization that advocates responsible development. During her first term with the Valley Partnership, Brady served as chair of the state legislative committee, where she actively followed legislation that affects the real estate industry.

Brady, who resides in Phoenix, holds a bachelor?s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.
