RISMEDIA, April 10, 2006?Recruitment is moving to the top of real estate brokers? objective list for 2006. Don Kottick, vice president, products and services said, ?Since the introduction of the product, the sales curve for the Real Estate Simulator has been almost exponential, however the first few months of 2006 are been even more dramatic.?

Fuelled by the recognition that even incremental improvements in recruiting can provide a significant return on investment, progressive brokers are increasingly incorporating technology into their recruiting processes. This trend has started with the larger brokerages achieving ROI in triple digits, and has spread to smaller operations. It is not uncommon for a company with 25 agents to add hundreds of thousands of dollars to its bottom line by augmenting its recruiting and selection process.

Kottick said that ?since the start of 2006, we have signed over 100 new clients to the Real Estate Simulator.? The Real Estate Simulator is used to increase the quantity of prospects in the pipeline and to provide a predictive measure of a prospect?s ability to succeed.
