Daniel Gale Sotheby’s Names Montchal Senior VP of Relocation

RISMEDIA, April 26, 2006?Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Real Estate announces the promotion of Marie Montchal to senior vice president of relocation and ancillary services for its relocation division.

Montchal, a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) for over 20 years, manages Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty’s Relocation and Customer Service Center, which encompasses its home services and Internet lead management programs. Formerly based in Northport, the center has moved to larger quarters in Hauppauge, strategically located to conveniently serve clients in the Melville and Hauppauge business districts.

Well respected in the relocation industry, Montchal and her division have received many awards, including the President’s Service Award from RELO for outstanding expertise and dedication. In addition, Montchal has served on the Industry Advisory Council of the Employee Relocation Council and is past Chairperson of the Relocation Directors Council, a national trade organization for relocation directors. She has presented seminars throughout the country and is a frequent speaker/panelist for relocation organizations and groups.

Along with her professional affiliations, Montchal is active in the community and dedicated to promoting the collaboration between education and industry. She participates in local high school mentoring/intern programs, serves on the Board of Directors of the Huntington Township Chamber Foundation and is a member of the Long Island Association.
