A unique feature of RELAY Version 3.0 is an enhanced online listings capability, enabling users to publish property information on a branded RELAY Web page which can be shared with potential clients. By publishing disclosure documents and photos or video files to a RELAY listing page, real estate professionals can offer a more comprehensive and high-impact presentation to interested buyers.

RELAY Version 3.0 also allows users to invite guest agent access and cross-brokerage transaction access. Guest agent and cross-brokerage access enable both sides of the real estate sale to work together in one transaction file, making communication smoother for both real estate teams and clients.

Through guest agent access, RELAY subscribers can invite the agent on the other side of the transaction, who is not a RELAY subscriber, to view pre-selected portions of the file. When the agent representing the other side of the transaction is a RELAY subscriber, they can participate through a shared transaction file with complete document and activity management functions and the ability to provide their clients access as well.
