Ad Specs

Real Estate magazine trim size: 8” x 10.5”. Please include 1/8” bleed on all sides of bleed ads to accomodate left- or right-hand placement. Also ensure that there is 1/4” clearance around images and type on all sides of ads.

All files must be created in 4-color process (Pantone/spot colors are not acceptable).

8Digital File Requirements/Acceptable File Formats:

• High-res (300 dpi) PDFs. Please ensure that all fonts and images are embedded in the PDF.

• 300 dpi, CMYK flattened files created in either Photoshop (Version 7.0 or lower) or Illustrator (Version 10.0 or lower), saved as .TIF or .EPS. When using Illustrator, please convert all type to outline format. Also ensure that all fonts and artwork are embedded in these flattened files, and that the embedded images are high-res (300 dpi), CMYK images.

• QuarkXPress (Version 6.0 or lower) files with all linked fonts and images. Linked images must be 300 dpi.
