The historic Canton firehouse, located at the head of “Canton Square” on O’Donnell Street, will be redesigned to house “Advance Realty Canton,” and the neighboring “Daily Grind” coffee franchise which anticipates a minimum of 700 walk-in visitors a day…a population that multi-unit owner Marty Saunders plans to court. “Premium real estate services and premium coffee…it’s a match made in heaven,” explains Saunders.

“This will be one of the best locations Advance Realty has,? said Saunders. ?The city’s dense population and high median house price set the stage for success even in this competitive market. In fact, downtown could support another Advance Realty office which I’d like to open in the future. It’s the success of my first Advance Realty office in Timonium that’s allowed me to expand my personal enterprise and open a second location. Advance Realty Canton is scheduled to open some time in October, but will introduce their discount program to consumers and begin their recruitment efforts next month.
