RISMEDIA, September 1, 2006-RISMedia announces that industry guru Stefan Swanepool, chairman and CEO of RealtyU Group, Inc. will be a featured speaker at this year’s 17th Annual Leadership Conference in New York City.

The conference is scheduled to take place Sept. 27 and 28 at the historic Roosevelt Hotel in midtown Manhattan.

Swanepoel will be speaking on a work session titled: ?Profiting in Today’s Changing Market,? on Thursday, Sept. 28 at 9 a.m. in the Grand Ballroom.

The session will cover the following topic: As the industry shifts from a buyer’s market to a seller’s market, it is imperative that we begin to look at the changes taking place everyday. In this session–part 1 of a two-part session–panelists will discuss how to succeed in a buyers? vs. sellers? market and what these new consumers want. This session will also touch on new trends and solutions, as well as streamlining your business in this changing market.
