The event will be divided into two sessions, on two levels and will include a focus for agents and a focus for broker/managers, both will include a detailed analysis of the business trends and new models impacting the industry as well as workshop on business planning and marketing strategies.

For an analysis of the business trends Realty World turned to renowned trends guru, and 13-time author, Stefan Swanepoel. He will be delving into the top 15 trends as outlined in his 2006/7 Swanepoel TRENDS Report as well as giving attendees a peak into up and coming trends that will be published detailed in the 2007/8 edition. ?Being knowledgeable and understanding the different forces impacting the real estate brokerage industry is vital to future success,? said Swanepoel. ?Never before have we seen so many new business models surge into the real estate brokerage all at the same time ? each reengineering and changing the existing real estate model in a different way.?

The second session is led by ?The Business Planner? Allen Wright, SVP of CreateAPlan. Wright will focus specifically on helping brokers and agents create powerful and innovative business strategies to help them develop and expand their market share in a declining real estate market. After the 3-hour high-powered session each person will be on the same page and empowered to create a dynamic 2007 business plan.
