With a commitment to diversity, Advance Realty continues to open new franchise locations

RISMEDIA, November 21, 2006? Advance Realty, Inc., which describes their business model as full service discount experts, will open its first office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on November 27. Despite a downturn in the real estate market nationwide, Advance Realty continues to open new franchise locations. Within the next month, the Baltimore-based company will also open new offices in Charlotte, North Carolina and Orlando, Florida.

The Philadelphia opening is the first step in an aggressive plan to locate at least 10 Advance Realty locations in the southeastern Pennsylvania region within five years. The Philadelphia opening also marks another milestone in the growth of Advance Realty, Inc., a company that is positioning itself as one of the nation’s premier full service discount real estate brokerages.

Real estate veterans Len De Finis, Al Kuzowsky and Manuel Joseph are combining years of experience in a partnership to bring the Advance Realty concept to Philadelphia. Their goal is to open at least three Advance offices in Philadelphia as well as at least a half dozen more offices in a region that includes 12 counties in the southeastern corner of Pennsylvania.

All three partners are former RE/MAX agents who have decided to partner with a franchise organization that is re-writing the business philosophy of real estate discounting. Len De Finis has twenty years in the real estate business behind him including a 15 year stint with RE/MAX. Al Kuzowsky spent more than 20 years in the insurance brokerage business as well as the past six years with RE/MAX.. Manuel P. Joseph, born and educated in India, is a licensed broker and has worked for Century 21 and RE/MAX Elite to become a top producer among his colleagues.

Len De Finis said he and his partners are committed to a philosophy of appealing to all segments of the buying and selling market including first home buyers, trade-ups and investment buyers and high end new construction . Len emphasized his commitment to embracing diversity within the City of Brotherly Love. One of the keys is to appeal to all communities within Philadelphia which has a wide range of cultures and ethnic communities?, said De Finis. We also plan to hire agents who share the same commitment to all clients and customers,? continued De Finis as he described the diverse backgrounds of many of his agents. Call it the next generation real estate office,? he said.

The new Advance Realty office will be located in a new retail shopping center at 1714-16 Grant Avenue across the street from Grant Plaza. The 2100 sq foot office center is joining Royal Bank, Fairmont Funding Mortgage Company and El Azteca Mexican Restaurant as its neighbors. Within the office providing first class financing options will be Countrywide Mortgage Company and Grant Land Transfer, a title insurance company.

In addition to Philadelphia, Advance Realty, Inc. has locations in Bethlehem, Pa., Maryland, North Carolina and Florida and projects growth in several more states within the next six months. Advance Realty franchises are built on a solid, traditional real estate platform with modern industry advancements offering full service to customers and innovative revenue sharing benefits to agents.
