Located in McDonough at 2085 Jonesboro Road, the branch includes a sales team of 69 real estate professionals.

Most recently the broker/owner of Home Power Realty, Roberts has more than 20 years experience in marketing new homes, managing and motivating sales teams in effective new home sales with an emphasis on closing skills, agent training, land acquisition, community development and new home construction. She also previously served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Torrey Homes. In 2002, she was named Sales Manager of the Year, winning the elite Professionalism Award in this category from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.

Originally from Kingsport, Tennessee, Cookie now resides in Fayetteville and has lived in Georgia since 1989.
