A combination of larger photos and cleaner type gives the magazine a modern, contemporary look and feel. Changes were made throughout the entire magazine, but the cover experienced the greatest overhaul, shifting focus from the headlines and masthead to the visual significance of the cover home. Inside, standing features?the publisher’s note, broker Q&A and city spotlights?have been simplified, tying them together and distinguishing them from client advertisements.

On the property pages, photos have been enlarged, placing emphasis on the magnitude of the homes that grace their surfaces.
