Anticipates Record Year in Franchise Sales
RISMEDIA, December 14, 2006?Colorado-based real estate franchiser RE/MAX International has announced five promotions affecting company operated regions and its international division.
Jack Kreider has been promoted to executive vice president of Regional Services. Mark Baker, formerly regional vice president of RE/MAX Central Atlantic Region, has been promoted to vice president of Regional Services, where he will work with Kreider to expand RE/MAX presence in company operated regions.
Kerron Stokes, formerly regional vice president of Eastern Pennsylvania/Delaware Region, will now take over the Central Atlantic Region, which includes offices in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington, D.C.
Sara Levine, formerly senior franchise development consultant, has been named regional director of RE/MAX Eastern Pennsylvania/Delaware Region.
Larry Oberly, formerly vice president of Regional Services, has been named vice president of the International Development division. He will work with Bill Soteroff, who was named senior vice president and head of International Development in November.
?We anticipate that we will end the year with a record number of franchise sales in company operated regions, and all of these individuals have played a major role in that growth,? said Vinnie Tracey, president of RE/MAX International.

Tracey said that a total of 920 new RE/MAX franchise offices have been sold in 2006, through the end of November, putting the network on target for a record year in sales. Among those sales, 218 have been in regions owned and operated by RE/MAX International.
