Doggie Mansions launches nationwide

Real estate agents and brokers can now earn 10% commission on every home they sell, without co-broking or splitting commissions with their agencies. A new program by Small Luxury Homes, Inc., parent company of Doggie Mansions and Kiddie Mansions based in Palm Beach, Florida, will pay a flat 10% commission to brokers or agents who bring them a buyer. Simply sell a luxury Doggie or Kiddie Mansion to an existing client and a commission check for 10% of the total sales price will be sent upon closing (delivery of the home).

Priced from $10,500 to $100,000, based on size, style, level of customization and options/amenities chosen (just like with a real house), Doggie Mansions and Kiddie Mansions are hand-crafted to compliment the style of any owner's home, be it a Spanish/Mediterranean estate, traditional Tudor, Southwestern casita, New England colonial, Hamptons or Key West beach house, country farm house, modern/contemporary model or a unique one-of-a-kind look.

Homes are built by a team of luxury home builders in the company's West Palm Beach "Dog Pound" manufacturing facility, and interiors are designed by Kari Roundy of Boca Raton, Florida-based Atmospheres. Standard home size is 48 square feet, although this can be modified depending on the size of the owner's lot and how many children and dogs they would like the mini-mansion to comfortably accommodate.

Custom options discussed with the client include the home's exterior colors, the interior paint style (faux finishing, high gloss, Venetian plaster), the style of furnishings and decor (modern and hip or more traditional), the flooring (marble, stone, slate, tile or wood), window treatments, and whether they'd like to add flat-screen TVs and DVD players continuously running "Benji" or other canine/kiddie favorites.

Of course, the walls are adorned with pet- or kid-friendly artwork, the doormat says "Wipe Your Paws," silk plants ensure no messy spills, carpets are treated for easy clean-ups and each home comes with a custom basket of toys and stylish food, water and treat dishes. Pint-sized couches, chairs, tables and area rugs perfectly suit both pups and kids.

Doggie and Kiddie Mansions take about six to eight weeks to build; actual price and delivery time will depend on the size of the home and the options chosen.
