Condo developer gives buyers peace of mind with HSA home warranties

Over the past three years, nearly 2,000 condo-conversion owners in central and northern Florida received an extremely beneficial housewarming gift from the company that provided their new home. Thanks to Tony Martin, executive vice president of Tarragon Corporation's Florida Division, these homeowners can enjoy their new residence, knowing it is protected with an HSA Home Warranty.

After three decades working in and around the real estate industry, Martin has come to realize that peace of mind is a priceless commodity-especially where a new homeowner is involved. So after polling associates from inside and outside his company, he decided to tap HSA Home Warranty as the exclusive provider of home warranties to the thousands of clients purchasing condominiums developed by Tarragon.

"I have known HSA in the marketplace for quite some time," explains Martin. "In a resale market, HSA products are the gold standard."

As far as Martin's concerned, it's a simple matter of giving the buyer what the buyer needs.

According to Martin, Tarragon has supplied HSA warranties to virtually every one of the 1,500-2,000 buyers in the 20-plus properties Tarragon has converted in recent years.
While Martin gives a one-year HSA home warranty to buyers as a closing gift, the fact that they continue to carry the program after the first year is a true testament to the product.

"It's the best deal in town," says Martin. "This is a reputable company and according to every buyer we speak with, HSA backs up what they say."
