Century 21 System Expands in Southeastern Europe

As one of the world's largest residential real estate sales organizations, Century 21 Real Estate LLC remains committed to increasing its international footprint. The global real estate franchisor recently established a master franchise agreement in Romania to create Century 21 Romania and opened its first offices affiliated with Century 21 Bulgaria.

Thomas Lundin, Omar Akili and Ionut Dumitrescu recently partnered to establish the Century 21 Romania master franchise. The agreement grants the owners exclusive franchising rights to the Century 21 name and system throughout Romania.

"Once open for business, our real estate offices will cater to the needs of the diverse customer base in Romania and provide them with solutions for all of their real estate needs," said Thomas Lundin, director of Century 21 Romania. "The support of the Century 21 System has been tremendous and we look forward to opening our first real estate office in the near future."

In continuation of the expansion of the Century 21 brand in southeastern Europe, Century 21 Bulgaria recently opened the doors of its first franchise office. President and CEO Ayroutz Latifian and executive director Onik Latifian partnered with a holding company, EOS, to become the master franchisee of the Century 21® System for the countries of Bulgaria and Macedonia. The agreement grants the partnership exclusive franchising rights to the Century 21 name and system throughout the two countries.

"The energy around the official opening of Century 21 Bulgaria's first office was spectacular and we recognize the tremendous amount of work that Ayroutz and Onik Latifian and their leadership team have put into the launch of the Century 21 System in Bulgaria," said Kunz, who traveled to Bulgaria to attend the grand opening ceremony.
