Exit Realty of Delaware Sweeps International Honors

Exit Mid-Atlantic, regional owners of Maryland, Delaware, and the District of Columbia regions of Exit Realty, won top honors for the second consecutive year as Exit Realty International Founder & CEO Steve Morris awarded Exit Delaware the TRI-REAL-A-THON International Region of the Year Award for 2006. Last year's Region of the Year Award went to the state of Maryland. Regional owners Rick McDaniel, Carol McDaniel and Don Kane accepted the award on behalf of the Delaware offices at the recent International Business Conference in Orlando, FL.

The coveted International Region of the Year Award is based on numbers of Sales, Listings and agents sponsored into the Exit System. Offices in Delaware include Exit Central Realty in Newark and Ocean View, Broker/Owners Mike and Suzanne Arant; Exit First Choice in Dover, Broker/Owner Dave Staley; and Exit Realty Professionals in Rehoboth Beach and Lewes, Broker/Owner Robert Gress.

Topping off the convention week, Dave Staley, Broker/Owner of Exit First Choice Realty held the winning key to the Grand Prize BMW given away at the President's Ball on Saturday evening. Dave joined Exit in 1992 opening the first Exit office in Dover, which put Exit on the map in Delaware.
