RISMEDIA, December 27, 2006-After the two hugely popular tele-seminars held on December 15th and 19th, CreateAPlan, has announced the expansion of the business planning tele-seminars series through the end January 2007.
These free events are designed to assist real estate agents and brokers that desire to increase their revenue for 2007 and wish to do so with a specific plan. The tele-seminars, that are limited to 50 people, focus on how a business plan reveals specific strategies that when used can result in revenue generation and meeting of personal and business financial goals. Additional points of discussion will be how to use a business plan to make better business decisions and the simple steps for using your plan to identify what marketing activities are producing results…and which ones need to be re-evaluated.
Newly added dates include:

According to Allen Wright, CreateAPlan's Corporate Training Director and host of the presentation, "the purpose of the tele-forum is to demonstrate and discuss the various components of a real estate business by breaking down the purpose of your business into easily manageable bites of information," said. In a changing market, business planning takes on a greater importance, the ability to view the impact of monies spent will be critical in determining where to allocate funds. Wright, who co-authored the Real Estate Confronts Goal Setting vs. Business Planning Whitepaper, also commented on agents calling up with comments such as "it is not as easy as it was … I think I need to plan this year out." Wright added, "These last several years have been great for real estate professionals, however, as times are getting tougher more focus must be placed on the business side of real estate."
