Sotheby’s International Realty Network Expands in California and Hawaii

RISMEDIA, Jan. 11, 2007-Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates, Inc. announced that its luxury real estate network now has a presence on all four major Hawaiian Islands, as well as new affiliates located in Bakersfield and Rolling Hills Estates, Calif., and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Wailea Village Properties, LLC – Serving the Hawaiian Island of Maui, the firm is the fourth Hawaiian firm to become a Sotheby's International Realty® affiliate in the past 12 months. The company is owned by Paul MacLaughlin and will now do business as Island Sotheby's International Realty.

Ryan & Johns Professional Real Estate Services, Inc. – A high quality real estate firm serving markets in and around Bakersfield, California, the firm will now do business as Ryan & Johns Sotheby's International Realty. The firm is owned by Michael Ryan and Cecilia Johns.

Edler Realty Center – Located in Rolling Hills Estates, California, this boutique real estate firm serves many Los Angeles County cities and towns located on and near the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Owned by Rick and Kitty Edler, the firm will now do business as Peninsula Sotheby's International Realty.

Kent Associates – Located in Larkspur, California, the luxury real estate firm serves many areas of the San Francisco Bay Area. The firm is owned by William Wilson and will now do business as Kent Associates Sotheby's International Realty.
