Developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), SAS 70 is the internationally recognized auditing standard used to measure the effectiveness of a service organization's internal controls.

The SAS 70 Type II report confirms that Weichert Relocation Resources provides a consistent, reliable and secure operating environment to support the client companies and relocating employees it serves throughout the world. This report is based on a rigorous analysis of the controls in place across the company related to the home sale and expense management processes over an extended period of time.

The completion of the SAS 70 Type II audit is the latest of Weichert Relocation Resources' initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. The company completed two SAS 70 Type I audits in 2006, and intends to renew its SAS 70 certification annually.
