RISMEDIA, Jan. 25, 2007-iHOUSE Web SolutionsTM, a division of CIS Data Systems, Inc. and a leader in Realtor Web site design and online marketing tools, is excited to announce two new features to improve their customers' Web site and property listing visibility on Google.

First, iHOUSE has added a feature that enables their website customers to easily submit their real estate property listings to Google Base, thereby making them searchable on Google. While adding a listing to their iHOUSE Web site, agents can request that iHOUSE submit their property listing details to Google directly on their behalf with just one click of a button. iHOUSE customers will also continue to be able to submit their property listings to Yahoo!, Trulia, and Oodle using similar processes.

Second, iHOUSE has implemented a protocol for all new Web site customers that leverages Google's Webmaster Tools. iHOUSE will submit Web site domain names and sitemaps using a standard xml file format directly to Google on behalf of their new Web site customers. By leveraging Google's Webmaster Sitemap submission interface, iHOUSE will improve the likelihood that their customers' Web pages are correctly and quickly added to Google's index.

"Internet technology changes almost daily, and it's hard for a real estate agent to stay on top of that information while running a successful real estate practice," said Paul Sheng, iHOUSE CEO. "iHOUSE understands this, and works hard to stay ahead of technologies and resources like these from Google to directly benefit our customers."
