Prudential Unlimited Realty’s First-Time Buyer Seminar Program Celebrates Five Years

RISMEDIA, Jan. 26, 2007-2007 marks the 5th anniversary of Prudential Unlimited Realty's free "First-Time Home Buyer Seminar" program. This seminar is one of Greater Boston's most popular real estate presentations. Since January 2002, thousands of would-be first time home buyers have registered and attended this upbeat presentation and gained invaluable information for their first real estate purchase. Shortly after attending the presentation, many consumers feel empowered with the information they learned, and go on to successfully navigate their first real estate purchase, realizing their own "American Dream," according to the company.

Given monthly, these free seminars have garnered much attention in the Boston area. Lenny Licari, a home inspector with more than 7,000 inspections and appearances on This Old House and Trading Spaces under his belt, gives helpful tips on what to watch out for when choosing a property. And top agents from Prudential Unlimited, including Bates, who has over 10 years in the business and has won many top-producer awards, round out the presentation with benefits of ownership and finding a good Realtor.

The team of experts gives a two-hour presentation that is chock full of helpful information, including a detailed review of the home purchasing process, ways to secure a loan, how much to put down, how to find a reputable Realtor, ways first-time buyers can protect themselves, why to use an attorney, the importance of title insurance, the home inspection process and the joys of homeownership.
