New Program Meets Needs of Older Adults in Real Estate Market

'Ebby Lifestyle Transitions" is a comprehensive program that includes the complete handling of real estate transactions from start to finish, beginning with intensive, caring counseling provided by a staff person who holds the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation.

"Once the counseling process begins, we work with clients to help them prepare their home for the market and assist them in a smooth transition from their existing home to whatever their housing choice is for the future," says Pandra Dickson, senior vice president and director of corporate real estate services at Ebby.
