Paul Scalzo Receives 2006 Good Neighbor Award

RISMEDIA, Feb. 14, 2007-Paul Scalzo, president of Scalzo Group Real Estate Services, received the 2006 Good Neighbor Award from the Connecticut Association of Realtors given annually to Realtors who make an exceptional contribution to improve the quality of life in their communities.

Scalzo was recognized for his contribution and leadership of Scalzo Group Project Restoration, an annual community project which brings together the Scalzo Group of companies, its employees, subcontractors and community partners to renovate a home for an area family in need. Since its inception in 2005, Project Restoration has renovated two area homes and helped to rebuild the lives of two very deserving families. In addition to spearheading this initiative, Scalzo has also contributed his time by volunteering on site during the projects and has made personal donations to the organization. Scalzo Group Project Restoration has been recently awarded a 501(c) (3) designation.

The Connecticut Association of Realtors donated $1,000 to Scalzo Group Project Restoration in Scalzo's name.

Since 1986, Scalzo Group Real Estate Services has been providing residential and commercial real estate, construction, relocation, property management and mortgage solutions to northern Fairfield and lower Litchfield counties.
