Two weeks after choosing LeadQual to pre-qualify Internet leads, 20% of new enrollees have been referred to Real Estate One agents

Realizing that today's most promising Internet consumers respond best to prompt turnaround, Michigan's Real Estate One recently sought out the expertise of Glenn Houck, co-founder of LeadQual, LLC. In search of a program to source online leads faster and cultivate more people to RealEstateOne.com, Dines found LeadQual could meet the instant demands of potential clients without having to increase her staff. Previous inquiries had simply gone overlooked, missing out on possible conversions.

"We had customers looking at our site searching for homes not necessarily now, but in the near future. We've never been able to mine them before," says Dines. "Glenn suggested following up with previous leads in our database that had never been contacted, recommending we try his service moving forward."

When a customer not currently working with a Real Estate One agent registers on RealEstateOne.com, a new enrollment e-mail notification gets sent to LeadQual. A LeadQual coordinator then calls the customer back, verifying their information, what areas they're looking for, price range, and other specifics. Most importantly, the LeadQual representative asks if the prospect is ready for agent assistance. If the customer says no, the coordinator thanks them for visiting and assures them to contact Real Estate One for assistance in the future. If the customer says yes, LeadQual automatically dials an agent assigned to the specific area. It asks if the agent can respond to the lead at that time, and once they accept, they are immediately connected to both the customer and LeadQual coordinator. The coordinator then lets the agent and customer talk, without ever placing the potential buyer on hold.

Two weeks after choosing LeadQual, 20% of Web inquiries from RealEstateOne.com have been referred to agents.

"LeadQual can call the customer back faster than anyone. A coordinator calls within minutes, guaranteeing that turnaround time all the time," says Dines. "I consider it a success by mere fact that 20 percent said they wanted to speak with an agent."

To further track her stats, LeadQual.com has a user-friendly online system, allowing Dines to log into her own password-protected LeadQual Control Center. There she can scan, filter, download and sort all leads. Segmented by qualification status, Dines is able to view reasons why unqualified leads were not transferred.

"We have some of our best closers manage these particular leads, helping further with conversions. It will be the best of the best-best turn around with the best agents. I really have high hopes for this program," says Dines.
