RISMEDIA, Feb. 19, 2007-GMAC Global Relocation Services (www.GMACGlobalRelocation.com) will offer a complimentary "Webinar" presentation titled, "Germany: Business Interactions with German Nationals-A Cultural Perspective" on Friday, February 23 at 11 a.m. Eastern time.

The hour-long Webinar will provide unique insights into the cultural attributes of Germany and German Nationals in the workplace, dispelling common stereotypes and perceptions. The Webinar also will discuss the challenges non-Germans may face when conducting business with German colleagues, clients and suppliers.

"Germany has one of the largest economies in the world and maintains significant business ties with many countries and foreign companies," said GMAC Global Relocation Services' Senior Vice President Scott Sullivan. "However, misperceptions about German business culture and practices still exist. Like our other Webinars that have focused on different countries, this one has been designed to help multinational corporations and their employees understand how a solid cultural footing will help them to develop successful business relations with their German counterparts."

Although just one hour, Sullivan said the Webinar will cover a lot of ground about Germany, including:

- Common stereotypes and perceptions of German Nationals.
- Differences in basic business and social protocol "do's and taboos."
- German psycho-cultural differences such as character traits, core country values, behaviors, attitudes and ways of viewing the world.
- A framework for comparing and contrasting German culture with participants' own culture along 10 research-validated dimensions that will enable participants to identify and resolve challenges in their own communications.
- Communication strategies for bridging cultural differences between personal, national and the target cultures.
-
Participation in the Webinar is free and limited to the first 100 registrants. To register, go to http://gmacglobalrelocation.com/insight_support/country_club.asp
