Realcom Mobile Proves Good Things Can be Free

RISMEDIA, Feb. 27, 2007-Realcomp II Ltd-real estate Multiple Listing Service (MLS) provider-announced that Realcomp MobileTM, its new wireless MLS access service, will be provided free to its Realtor® subscribers. Realcomp's Board of Directors voted to enact their decision last week after evaluating development and maintenance costs.

Launched last month and offered exclusively to Realcomp Realtors, Realcomp Mobile^TM enables users to browse MLS properties remotely and in real-time. The new service provides the ability to search for and find properties by MLS number, address, or listing type (such as residential, condominium, vacant land, commercial, and multi-family). It also enables users to search for and find agents and offices.

Realcomp MobileTM is accessible through a range of hand-held, electronic devices-such as mobile phones, PDAs, and Pocket PCs-equipped with wireless Internet service and a Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) 2.0 browser.

ShowingDesk is already being utilized by over 120 Realcomp subscribing offices.
