Chase Moves Mortgage Office to Newtown, PA; Celebrates with ?Night of Art’

RISMEDIA, March 1, 2007-Chase, one of the nation's leading residential housing lenders, has announced it has moved its mortgage office in Newtown, PA, to Suite 110 on 115 Pheasant Run.
Chase celebrated with an invitation for all customers, real estate professionals, local community members and museum members to the James A. Michener Art Museum at on Wednesday, February 28. There was a special demonstration previewing a new industry tool for real estate agents yesterday evening at the museum, on 138 South Pine St. in Doylestown.
"We're proud to provide mortgage expertise for home buyers and real estate professionals in this vibrant area," said Chace Gundlach, manager of the new office. "Our loan officers know the local market and have developed unique joint marketing programs for local real estate agents and builders. We want to celebrate our 20 years in Bucks County with a fun night supporting the arts."
Previously, Chase's office had been on Terry Drive, said Gundlach, a resident of Doylestown who has more than 20 years mortgage banking experience.
Chase's Newtown mortgage office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Loan officers can be reached by calling 215-579-9066 or toll free at 1-800-713-4241.
