HomeGain Re-Launches HomeScout.com Real Estate Site

RISMEDIA, March 6, 2007-HomeGain announced that it has re-launched HomeScout.com as a newly streamlined real estate Web site with several popular new features.

The newly streamlined HomeScout.com site provides consumers with instant home values, recent home sales, MLS Listings access, Homes for Sale from real estate agents and partners, and a Realtors® search function.

Instant Home Values and Recent Home Sales

In addition to a new consumer interface and enhanced real estate listings, HomeScout.com provides users with popular Instant Home Values and Recent Home Sales data.

The Instant Home Values feature allows easy access to automated home value estimates and recent home sales, including comparables and nearby home sales, plotted on a map.

By simply submitting an address for the property being researched, consumers can get a snapshot of the local real estate market and an initial assessment of their home's worth.

"The re-launch of HomeScout also marks the re-launch of our instant home valuation tool, originally provided to HomeGain consumers back in the early 2000s," said Louis Cammarosano, HomeGain's General Manager. "Unlike other instant home valuation services, we also give our visitors the opportunity to contact a HomeGain real estate agent to request a free, professional Comparative Market Analysis or CMA. The HomeScout Web site strengthens HomeGain's mission to connect agents with consumers."

Homes for Sale & Real Estate Listings

The new HomeScout Web site also provides consumers with several types of easily searchable databases with homes for sale, including:

— MLS Listings Access
— New Homes and Home Builders
— Foreclosure Real Estate Listings
— Homes for Sale by Agents and Partners

"We have compiled a comprehensive set of real estate listings from multiple partners and sources," said Jeff Miller, director of advertising products and sales for HomeGain, a leading provider of online real estate marketing solutions for agents. "Combining HomeGain real estate listings with homes for sale from other top real estate sites creates a more compelling offer for consumers. HomeScout.com makes finding homes for sale on the Internet easier. It also provides additional reach and more highly qualified traffic for subscribing HomeGain real estate agents and partners."

MLS Listings Access is provided by subscribing HomeGain BuyerLinkTM agents. New Homes and Foreclosure Listings are provided through agreements with NewHomeSource.com and Foreclosure.com respectively.

The real estate database is comprised of homes for sale that have been uploaded by HomeGain's AgentEvaluatorTM members, and home listings from select HomeGain partners.
