RISMEDIA, March 7, 2007-The cutting-edge of real estate came to Seattle last month, the LRE Tech Exchange. Boldly pushing into new frontiers, LuxuryRealEstate.com hosted the 2nd annual event from February 22 to 24 to promote new technologies and strategies that will help brokers and other industry insiders find even more success in an ever-changing marketplace.

"This is a one-of-a-kind experience," said John Brian Losh, CEO/publisher of LuxuryRealEstate.com and broker, chairman and CEO of Ewing and Clark, Inc. in Seattle. "As a company, we've always prided ourselves on taking the pole position in many innovative fields, and it has been a privilege to bring together the industry's brightest minds for these networking and brainstorming sessions."

LuxuryRealEstate.com is universally praised for its conferences. The LRE Tech Exchange represented a big step forward in an already legendary part of this business. Many brokers, high-tech gurus and directors of Information Technology from around the country attended the prestigious event, which was hosted at the Hotel Ändra at 2000 4th Avenue, Seattle.

This event benefited from a meeting of brilliant minds in many areas of expertise. Attendees exchanged inside information and expert advice with leaders in a variety of fields, and the topics of discussion included technology investments and returns, software trends on the horizon, improving business through online strategies, new marketing ideas in a high-tech environment and several other key topics.

Key speakers included representatives from Redfin and Zillow. These two companies were recently listed among the Top 10 Trendsetters in the real estate industry by the Swanepoel TRENDS Report. A representative from Microsoft Virtual was also present to present the latest in mapping technologies.

Attendees were treated to an exclusive dinner at the Columbia Tower Club Friday night, and one lucky attendee received a free iPod from a raffle.

Brokers and agencies interested in attending the next LuxuryRealEstate.com conference should set their calendars for April 22 to 24 when the 5th Annual LRE Spring Retreat comes to Key Biscayne, Florida. This is an opportunity to network and build relationships with top brokers from around the world to increase profits.

The featured speaker at this upcoming event is the CEO of the Luxury Institute, an independent research institution that studies luxury buyers' habits and trends. The institute has conducted unrivaled research on the Internet habits of luxury buyers, and the speaker will offer information only available to the event's attendees.
