Home buyers can now access information on over 40,000 active listings in the Philadelphia metro area using their cell phones. The capabilities of MobileAgent allow the broker to provide superior service to their customers with "Diamond Curbside Service."
The number of text messages sent every month in the U.S. well-exceeds 12 billion, based on the latest data from the CTIA.

The service brings the MLS to the cell phone. Through partnerships with brokers like Coldwell Banker Diamond, the MobileAgent system allows buyers to access property information on all active listings, search for homes by street address or neighborhood and then schedule a showing all within seconds.
With more focus being placed on serving the needs of the next generation of home buyers, connecting with this group requires giving them tools for immediate access to information and instant communication. The Gen X and Y home buyer group makes up almost 100 million consumers or just over 40% of the population and has grown up with computers since elementary school.

CellSigns' MobileAgent bridges the time and communication gap between agent and buyer. The home buyer is able to do it all with a cell phone. Buyers get information when they want it. Agents are immediately notified, via a text message, of their buyer's interest in a property.
Text messaging is the most popular feature on the cell phone next to making calls. It has seen the largest consumer adoption compared to other mobile solutions like mobile Internet, WAP or smartphone-dependant tools.
